Mumbai based music-tech startup Tringbox has secured ₹5 crore in seed funding to accelerate the development of its AI-powered in-store music intelligence platform, as businesses increasingly seek personalized customer experiences through technology.

The funding round was led by investor Nikhil Gandhi through GIPL and also witnessed participation from MGB Family Office, Paytm Chief Business Officer Narendra Singh Yadav, and several angel investors through One Love Technologies, the startup’s parent company.

The fresh capital will be used to strengthen product development, expand the company’s intelligent speaker network, and scale deployments across premium commercial venues throughout India.

Building The Future Of AI-Powered Ambient Music

Founded by former Paytm executive Amandeep Singh Chawla, Tringbox is targeting a niche but rapidly evolving segment where artificial intelligence intersects with customer experience and physical retail environments.

The startup has developed a music intelligence platform designed specifically for commercial establishments such as cafés, restaurants, gyms, salons, retail stores, clinics, hotels, and entertainment venues.

Unlike traditional playlist based music systems, Tringbox leverages artificial intelligence to dynamically curate and adjust music in real time based on environmental and contextual factors.

The company believes that music plays a critical role in influencing customer mood, engagement, dwell time, and overall experience inside physical spaces.

How Tringbox’s Technology Works

At the core of Tringbox’s platform is its proprietary Hybrid Neuro Symbolic Music Engine, an AI-powered system designed to create highly contextual music experiences.

The technology analyzes multiple real-world variables including venue type, weather conditions, temperature, time of day, customer behavior patterns, and surrounding environmental conditions.

In addition to investor support, Tringbox has also secured backing from leading technology ecosystems.

The startup is part of NVIDIA Inception and has received AWS startup credits worth approximately ₹1 crore.

These partnerships provide access to advanced artificial intelligence tools, technical mentorship, cloud computing infrastructure, and engineering support that can help accelerate product innovation.

The support from global technology leaders reflects growing interest in AI-powered applications beyond traditional enterprise software and consumer technology sectors.

Beyond its enterprise music intelligence platform, Tringbox has introduced a QR-based song request system designed for restaurants, bars, clubs, and live entertainment venues.

The solution allows customers to request songs directly through QR codes while venue operators maintain full control over playlists through AI-powered moderation tools.

This creates a balance between customer participation and operational oversight, preventing inappropriate song selections while enhancing engagement.

The feature also provides venue owners with valuable insights into customer music preferences and behavior patterns.
